Our History
Established in 2025, MilGen Excellence began with a live cooking competition held in the street food market under the Manzini Municipal Council. Since then, we've been dedicated to creating opportunities for EmaSwati youth.

Our Approach
We address a critical gap in the market: many young people lack the formal work experience that employers look for. MilGen Excellence bridges this gap by honing and validating the capabilities of youth, making them more competitive and ready for the job market.
Our Mission
To directly reduce youth unemployment by developing both employability and entrepreneurial capabilities, thereby contributing to the advancement of Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8.
